Case of Lymphadenopathy
An eleven year old girl came with the complaint of swelling over her neck and ears since past four years. She also suffered from lethargy, high fever and swelling over her eyes. On neck sonography (USG), these swellings over her neck were diagnosed as Nephrotic Lymphadenopathy. After her detailed interview she was given one dose of her constitutional medicine. After a month of her treatment she had a remarkable improvement with no swellings in the neck. No ulcers or fevers. Previously she used to have the frightful dreams and was afraid. Now she no longer had those fearful disturbing dreams. After five months of treatment she was overall better with no complaints whatsoever; the swelling over her neck and ears disappeared completely. Now she visits me only if she has any acute complaint otherwise she continues to do better.
